So I’ve had this fabric from Ikea for a LONG time… Finally used it! One of the cool things you can do with the Sashiko is outline patterns/shapes on fabric. My mother-in-law does this with some of her Sashiko jackets, and it always looks super cute! I wasn’t sure how easy it would be to outline different shapes, especially around tiny corners; but it was actually really simple! (Ignore the sharp points you see here and there… I’m still learning!)
